We’ve been in business for over 25 years, in the machining and fabrication industry for over 40+ years. We work for major industrial companies including: International Paper & Weyerhaeuser, Pan Pacific, Huber Engineered Woods, Western Farmers Electric Co-op, Balke-Durr Co-op, Brown and Root, Price Chip Mills, Setco, ACC, Fabral, Martin Marietta, and too many to list. We are constantly doing work for saw mills, pallet factories, paper mills, etc. We specialize in building high precision shafts from 316L SS to 4340 and all types of alloys. We constantly reverse engineer shafts, housings according to engineering specs from the client. We also provide custom plasma cutting, water jet cutting and all types of precision grinding applications up to 10′ OD. We do every type of mig, tig and stick welding from pressure vessel to structural. All welders and fabricators are licensed and have many years of experience. We have a wide selection of rolling plate steel, metal breaks and shears. There is no job to big or to small. We also have a field service team that incorporates line boring, major OD sleeving jobs, infield keyway cutting machines, portable 3 axis mill and many more portable services available at vary competitive rates. We will provide any material specs needed so the client knows the type of material he is getting is correct.
